'Mr Henry' is located in the heart of the rural village of Patumahoe (5 minutes from Pukekohe and 35 min to Auckland City centre). Sitting on the edge a council reserve, overlooking the Patumahoe Rugby Club and boasting exceptional outdoor dining and garden bar, 'Mr Henry' creates an extremely desirable work environment.

After a 14 month complete rebuild and fit out of our newly crafted eatery/bar on the site of the Old Post and Telegraph Office in Patumahoe, South Auckland, we are now looking for high energy, motivated experienced bar staff who aren't afraid to challenge the industry norms. You must be a true team player, calm under pressure, have a strong work ethic when called upon but ultimately enjoy what you do!

Role:

We are looking for an experienced full-time Duty Manager who wants to progress their career in hospitality.

Experience Necessary

• Must hold current LCQ and Managers License

• Min. 1 year experience working in a duty manager role and managing a team

• A passion for hospitality and a desire to elevate the social dining and craft beverage offering to the highest level

• Strong leadership qualities, a positive can-do attitude

About the role:
Permanent full-time position
Minimum of 30 hours per week with a maximum of 45 hours per week in the peak season
5 days on with consecutive 2 days off (Mon/Tue). Part time positions also available

• Host responsibility and commitment to Mr Henry's customer service standards

• Deliver a high standard of drink making, wine handling and pouring at all times
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, beer and food
• Maintain stock levels relative to beverages and relevant supplies and equipment.
• Ensure bar is in a clean and presentable state at all times.
• Work within the Sale of Liquor act.
